What’s included in the registration fee?

Everything you need to get registered and stay compliant. That includes our guided registration flow, AI-powered compliance review before submission, expert vetting of your brand and campaign details, submission to the Campaign Registry, carrier approval tracking, and ongoing access to your management portal. There are no surprise add-ons.

Are there monthly fees?

No. We charge a one-time fee for brand registration and a per-campaign fee for each campaign you register. There are no recurring subscription charges from us. Note that the Campaign Registry (TCR) does charge a small quarterly fee for active campaigns, which is an industry-standard cost separate from our service.

What if my registration gets rejected?

We help you fix it at no additional charge. Our compliance review catches most issues before submission, but if a rejection does happen, we provide clear guidance on exactly what needs to change and help you resubmit. We don’t charge extra for resubmissions.

Can I register multiple brands?

Absolutely. If you manage several brands or business entities, you can register each one through our platform. Each brand registration is priced individually, and our portal makes it easy to manage all of them in one place.

Do you charge per message?

No. We are a registration and compliance platform, not a messaging provider. Once your brand and campaigns are registered, you send messages through your own messaging provider (Twilio, Bandwidth, Telnyx, etc.). We have no per-message fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. For enterprise accounts with multiple brands, we can also arrange invoicing.
