What we collect
- Account and business information you give us to register your business with US carriers: legal name, EIN, address, website, contact details, and for sole proprietors a mobile number.
- Messaging data: the messages you send and receive, your contacts, delivery receipts, and opt-in/opt-out records we're required to keep.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store plan, status and usage, never full card numbers.
- Usage analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used (heatmaps, session replay). Form inputs and sensitive fields are masked before recording. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details.
SMS consent data is never sold
Phone numbers and opt-in information collected for text messaging will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. They are used only to deliver the messages you and your customers have agreed to.
How we use it
To provide the service, register your business with The Campaign Registry and carriers through our network, screen messages for compliance, bill you, and support you. We share data with carriers and registries as required for message delivery, with Stripe for payment, and with our infrastructure providers under contract.
Retention and your choices
Registration and consent records are kept as long as required by carrier rules; you can export or delete your contacts from the app or by contacting us. Email support@tsgglobal.com with questions.
