This policy applies to 10-dlc.com and its business messaging service. The service is operated by TSG Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("TSG Global", "we", "us"), which is responsible for the information described here. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and the messaging service, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account and business information you give us to register your business with US mobile carriers: legal name, EIN, address, website, contact details, and for sole proprietors a mobile number.
- Messaging data: the messages you send and receive, your contacts, delivery receipts, and opt-in/opt-out records we're required to keep.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store plan, status and usage, never full card numbers.
- Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 for public-site usage statistics and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay on public marketing pages. These tools may use cookies. Their browser tags do not run inside the signed-in app, onboarding, sign-in forms, or the Help page.
SMS consent data is never sold
Phone numbers and opt-in information collected for text messaging will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. They are used only to deliver the messages you and your customers have agreed to.
How we use it
To provide the service, register your business with The Campaign Registry and mobile carriers through our network, screen messages for compliance, bill you, and support you. We share data with mobile carriers and registries as required for message delivery, with Stripe for payment, and with our infrastructure providers under contract.
Browser analytics choices
You can turn off Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity on this browser. We save this choice in a necessary preference cookie for one year. Clearing cookies or using another browser resets it. This does not turn off the operational records needed to provide and secure your account.

Retention and your choices
Registration and consent records are kept as long as required by mobile carrier rules; you can export or delete your contacts from the app or by contacting us. Email support@10-dlc.com with questions.
