These terms govern your use of 10-dlc.com, a business messaging service operated and provided by TSG Global, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("TSG Global", "we", "us"). TSG Global is the party to this agreement. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
The service
We register your business and messaging program with US mobile carriers, provide a phone number or text-enable one you control, and deliver messages you send through our network. Approval by mobile carriers and registries is outside our control; we'll keep you informed of status.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information; you authorize us to submit it to The Campaign Registry and mobile carriers.
- Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, keep records of that consent, and honor opt-outs immediately.
- Don't send content prohibited by mobile carriers (adult, hate, illegal, and other SHAFT categories), fraud, or harassment. We may block messages and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
- You are responsible for compliance with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines and applicable law for your messaging program.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Included texts reset each billing period; additional texts are billed at the published overage rate at the end of the period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Numbers
Numbers we provide remain part of our inventory while your plan is active. When you text-enable your own number, you confirm you are authorized to do so; we may request proof.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. Delaware law applies.
